1/2 cup fresh juice from 6 to 10 limes
1/2 cup Thai fish sauce
1 TSP sugar
2 TBSPs finely-chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 TBSPs finely-chopped green onions
1 1/2 TBSPs toasted rice powder
1 TBSP dried red pepper powder
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
