4 medium Yellow potatoes thinly sliced
4 tbsp (¼ cup / 60 ml) cream
4 tbsp (¼ cup / 225 grams) grated fresh parmesan
Cooking/ Olive oil spray
2 (10g) garlic cloves crushed/minced
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees (177 ? degrees C).
Grease a 12-hole muffin pan with olive oil/cooking spray.
Add cream (4 tbsp), parmesan (4 tbsp) and garlic (2 cloves) to potatoes and mix, making sure slices are well coated.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Divide potato mixture evenly between muffin pan holes.
Bake for 30 mins or until potato is cooked through and the tops are crisp.
Notes
Optional to sprinkle Rosemary or Scallions to taste.
