3 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP All Purpose Flour
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
3/4 Cup Whole Milk
1 1/2 Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese (Shredded)
Arrabiatta Sauce
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Melt the butter in a large skillet or saut? Pan over a medium heat.
Add the all purpose flour and cook for 30 seconds stirring constantly.
Next add the garlic and saut? Until both the flour and garlic are golden brown.
Slowly whisk in the heavy cream and milk to the mixture, continue cooking, stirring constantly until the sauce begins to thicken.
Remove from the heat and stir in the Parmigiano-Reggiano.
Return to a low heat and let the cheese melt through the sauce then use as required.
