1-1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
¾ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
¾ cup Potato Flakes
2 TBSPs Melted Butter
1 TSP Kosher Salt
½ TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Garlic Powder
¼ TSP Cayenne Pepper
½ TSP Smoked Paprika
¾ cup Cold Water
¼ cup Chives, chopped
Preheat the oven to 400 Degrees
Place all ingredients, except chives together in a food processor or mix by hand until a smooth dough is formed, remove from the food processor if using.
Add the chives and knead the chives into the dough by hand.
Allow the dough to rest for 5-10 minutes covered.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to 1/8 inch thick.
Cut into desired shapes using a pizza cutter or fluted pasta cutter (a knife will work as well).
Using the end of a wooden skewer or the tines of a fork, dock the dough by creating holes in each cracker evenly.
Place the crackers onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, parchment paper, or a silpat.
Bake at 400 Degrees until the crackers are golden, about 10-12 minutes.
They will get crispy as they cool.
