8 cups Frozen curly fries
4 lbs fresh mahi-mahi
2 cucumbers, chopped
3 cups tomato, chopped
1 cup cilantro, chopped
4 serrano peppers, chopped
1 cup lime juice
2/3 cup olive oil
Frying oil
Cut the mahi-mahi into small cubes; marinate in lime juice for 20 minutes.
Add the chopped ingredients and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
Serve in eight cups.
Heat oil to 356ºF fry potatoes until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with the ceviche.
