4 cups frozen potato curly fries
1 cup roasted peanuts
2 TBSPs olive oil
4 TBSPs chopped fresh mint
1 TBSP sesame oil
2 TBSPs lime juice
3 TBSPs soy sauce
1 TBSP chiles in oil
1 clove of garlic
Frying oil
Heat oil on high; fry potatoes until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
In a blender, mix peanuts, soy sauce, garlic, chiles, lime juice, and sesame oil; season with salt and pepper; set aside.
Mix mint and olive oil.
Serve potatoes; add peanut dressing and some mint oil.
