To grind
25 Garlic (15 pods)
15 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Chilli powder (adjust to taste)
Other ingredients
500 gms Flounder Fish (Any fish of fry varieties)
1/2 Ajwain seeds
Oil to shallow fry
leaves Few curry
Sliced Lemon & Onion
Salt needed
Add ingredients given under to grind into a blender and grind it to fine paste.
Wash & clean fish.
Cut to desired shape.
Add the prepared masala paste with Ajwain and salt.
Let it sit for 10 to 15 mins.
Lets fry it now
Heat oil in a wide pan.
About 2 tbsp.
Once hot, add the fish pieces without overlapping.
Cook on both sides until browned.
Add curry leaves at last & remove from oil.
Drizzle lemon & serve with lemon & Onion.
Delicious fish fry is done.
