1 Pound flounder fillets
1 TBSP mayonnsise
1 TBSP chili infused oil
For Spice Rub
2 TSPs lemon pepper and salt to taste
3 TSPs sriracha seasoning
1 TSP suugar
1/2 TSP black pepper and salt to taste
For Serving
fresh lemon wedges
Preheat the grill to medium high.
Spray a grill basket or grill pan with holes with non stick spray.
Combine all spices in a small bowl.
Combine mayonnaise and olive oil in a small bowl.
Brush fish lightly with mayonnaise mixture.
Lightly coat both sides with spice mixture place on prepared grill until cooked through about 3 minutes per side depending your grills heat and fish thickness.
Serve with lemon and melted butter.
