12 Flounder filets
6 large Portobello mushrooms
6 large Green onions
1 1/2 cup Fiesta shredded cheese
1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
3 slice enriched wheat bread
1 tbsp marjoram
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Place slices in oven on rack to make soft bread crumbs.

Slice mushrooms and chop green onions and saute together 5 minutes.
Place fish flat in baking pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the saute veggies on top of the fish spread evenly.
Now spread bread crumbs to cover the fish completely.
Add the marjoram
Drizzle the melted butter.
Top it off with the shredded cheese.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is flaked.
Serve immediately.
