100 Grams Flounder
1 an easy to make quantity [Gochujang sauce]
1 tsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Gochujang
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1 dash Garlic (grated)
1 tbsp Green onion (minced)
Combine the ingredients to make the Gochujang sauce.
Arrange the flounder sashimi onto a plate and pour over the Gochujang sauce to finish.
Garnish with some lemons if you have some at hand.
