2 Filets Flounder
Flavoring:
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Mirin
50 ml Water
1/2 tsp Dashi soup stock granules
Put all of theingredients into a small pot.
Also put in the flounder.
Turn the heat down to low, cover with a drop-lid (a light lid or sheet of baking paper placed directly on the contents), and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Midway through simmering, flip over and use a spoon to coat the fish with the sauce.
