1 Lb Flounder
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 pinch onion powder
1 dash garlic powder
1 pinch salt
1 dash black pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1 tsp basil
Heat a large skillet to medium low and butter to skillet.
blend spices together in a small bowl.
slice the fish into 5-6 ounce fillets and generously coat with seasoning.
add fish to skillet and flip ever 8-10 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
serve and enjoy.
