Fish and Chips Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Flounder fillet
1 all-purpose flour
1 paprika
1 salt
1 lemon pepper
1 pepper
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 oil(such as olive, vegetable, canola, etc)
1 russet potatoes


Recipe Instructions:


Pre-heat oven to 350
Wash and cut as many potatoes as you want to the size and thickness you want
Cover a cookie sheet in foil and drizzle with oil
Spread cut potatoes on pan and season with salt and pepper
Bake potatoes in oven while making the fish.
They should be just about ready by the time the fish is.
Combine egg and milk to make your wash.
Combine dry ingredients to make your dredge.
Put 3-4 tbs of oil in a medium to large frying pan and bring to medium-high heat on stove-top
Soak pieces of fish in milk and egg wash for 2-5mins.
Take one piece of fish from wash at a time and dredge in flour mixture.
Put coated pieces of fish in oil and fry 3to5 minutes per side (depending on how thick your filets are)
Put cooked pieces on a pan or plate covered with paper towels to soak up excess oil
Drizzle with lemon juice before serving if desired.
