1/2 LB Pork Tenderloin (Thin Sliced)
1 White Onion (Thin Sliced)
6 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (Cut into Thin Strips)
2 Thai Chilis (Chopped)
1" Piece of Fresh Ginger (Cut into Strips)
1/4 Oyster Sauce
1 TBSP Black Peppercorns
1 TBSP Sugar
1 TBSP Olive Oil
In a large skillet over high heat, add the pork and cook until it begins to brown and crisp.
About 6-8 minutes.
Add garlic, ginger, chili and peppercorns and cook for another 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add onions and bell peppers and continue to cook until onions begin to turn translucent.
Add sugar and oyster sauce, combine well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve over white rice.
