3 TBSPs butter
3 TBSPs maple syrup
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 medium lemon (juiced)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 TBSP olive oil
4 salmon fillets (4 ounces each)
1/4 TSP salt
1/4 TSP pepper
Preheat air fryer to 400°.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Add maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice and minced garlic.
Reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens slightly, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat; set aside.
Drizzle olive oil over salmon; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place fish in a single layer in Air Fryer basket.
Cook until fish is lightly browned and just beginning to flake easily with a fork, 5-7 minutes.
Drizzle with sauce right before serving.
