1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 TBSP cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP ground cumin
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 TBSPs chopped fresh parsley
Baked pita chips or assorted fresh vegetables
Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor; process until almost smooth.
Add mayonnaise and parsley; pulse just until blended.
Serve with pita chips or vegetables.
