4 pounds small red potatoes
8 green onions, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 cup chopped sweet onion
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP pepper
In a 5- or 6 quart
slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
Cook, covered, on low until potatoes are tender, 6-8 hours.
