4 LBs Chicken Wings
1 TBSP Olive Oil
Pinch of Celery Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
3 Cups Tomato Juice
2/3 Cup of Vodka
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
1/3 Cup Tabasco Sauce
1 TBSP Horseradish
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
Juice and Rind of 1 Lemon
1/2 TSP Kosher Salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large glass bowl, drizzle chicken wings with oil and season with celery salt and black pepper, set aside.
In another large glass bowl, combine the tomato juice, vodka, brown sugar, hot sauce, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon rind and juice.
Whisk until full combined and season with salt and pepper.
Pour bloody Mary mixture over the chicken wings until they are fully submerged in the mixture, saving about 1/2 cup.
Cover bowl and place chicken wings into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
While chicken wings are marinating, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Remove chicken wings from refrigerator and place in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.
Place in pre-heated oven for 45-60 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
While chicken wings are cooking, place reserved marinade into a small pan and bring to a simmer and reduce by half.
When wings are cooked, brush them with reduce sauce and broil them for 4 minutes.
Serve warm.
