4 Slices Potato Bread
8 Slices Bacon (Cooked)
4 Lettuce Leaves
4 Slices Tomato
4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
2 TBSP Butter (Softened)
1 TBSP Mustard
Butter one side of each slice of potato bread and turn two slices so they are butter side down on a work surface.
Spread the two slices that are butter side down with equal amounts of mustard, top with 1 slice of cheddar cheese, two slices of tomato, 4 slices of bacon, two slices of lettuce, followed by another slice of cheddar cheese and one of the remaining slices of bread, butter side up.
Grill in a skillet or a griddle over a medium heat until the bread turns golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Remove from the heat, slice in half and serve warm.
