8 Hot Dogs
8 Hot Dog Buns
3/4 Cup Romaine Lettuce (Chopped)
2 Small Tomatoes (Seeded & Chopped)
6 Slices of Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
In a medium glass bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and mayonnaise, stir well to combine evenly and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over a medium heat, sear the 8 hot dogs until they are nicely charred, about 2 minutes per side.
Once hot dogs are cooked, place each hot dog into a bun and top with the BLT mixture, serve warm and enjoy!
