1 lb lean ground turkey
3/4 TSP salt
1/2 TSP rubbed sage
1/2 TSP pepper
1/4 TSP ground ginger
Crumble turkey into a large bowl.
Add the salt, sage, pepper and ginger; mix lightly but thoroughly.
Shape into eight 2" patties.
In a greased cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook patties over medium heat until a thermometer reads 165 degrees and juices run clear, 4-6 minutes on each side.
