Blueberry Chia Overnight Oats Recipe.


Ingredients:


1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Milk
1 TBSP Honey
1/8 TSP Salt
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/4 TSP Cinnamon
1 TBSP Chia Seeds


Recipe Instructions:


Combine all ingredients in a mason jar with a lid.
Shake well & refrigerate 5-6 hours (or overnight).
To eat, simply stir and enjoy! (If you want to heat them up, pop into a microwave for 30-45 seconds on high).
