1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
1/2 Cup Coconut Butter
1/4 Cup Coconut Cream
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
1 TBSP Stevia
Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.
In a medium pan over low heat, melt the coconut butter and coconut oil until softened.
Pour melted oils into the bowl of a food processor, add coconut cream, almond flour and stevia, blend for 30-60 seconds until well combined.
Add the blueberries, stirring gently to combine.
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until set.
Cut into individual slices and serve chilled.
