Pumpkin Cornbread Recipe.


Ingredients:


1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 TSPs baking powder
1-1/2 TSPs ground cinnamon
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP ground nutmeg
1/4 TSP ground cloves
2 large eggs, room temperature
1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 cup 2% milk
3 TBSPs butter, melted
pumpkin butter


Recipe Instructions:


In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, pumpkin, milk and butter.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
Transfer to a greased 13x9" baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve warm.
If desired, serve with pumpkin butter.
