1 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 TSP ground ginger
1/4 TSP salt
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard, ginger and salt until blended.
Brush over fillets; sprinkle with walnuts.
Transfer to a foil-lined 15x10x1" baking pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork.
