1/2 Cup Carrots (Finely Chopped)
1/2 Onion (Finely Chopped)
1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Apple (Peeled, Cored & Finely Chopped)
1/4 Cup Raisins
1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 TSP Dijon Mustard
1/2 TSP Ground Allspice
1/2 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients and simmer the mixture for 1 hour while partially covered.
Allow mixture to cool and spoon into an airtight container and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
