Breakfast Burrito Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 TBSP Butter
2 Medium Eggs
2 TBSP Heavy Cream
1 Slice Bacon (Cooked)
1/2 Avocado (Sliced)
1 Cup Flat Leaf Parsley
1/2 TSP Cumin


Recipe Instructions:


In a small glass bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, parsley and cumin.
Melt butter in a medium non-stick skillet over medium heat then pour in the burrito mixture.
Spread around the skillet so that it creates a thin layer.
Place a lid over the skillet and allow to cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gently lift the burrito out of the skillet with a clean spatula and place the cooked bacon and sliced avocado on top, season with salt and pepper to taste and gently roll the burrito into a log.
Enjoy warm.
