Breakfast Fruit Smoothie Recipe.


Ingredients:


1/2 Cup Yogurt
1/2 Cup of Milk or Juice
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Fruit


Recipe Instructions:


Add all ingredients to a large, high-powered blender bowl and blend on high for about 2 minutes until all ingredients are combined and smooth, if needed add a little more milk to thin the smoothie, pour into a glass and enjoy!
