Burrata Board Recipe.


Ingredients:


For Truffle Burrata:

1 4-oz ball burrata

1–2 TBSPs truffle oil (or very good extra virgin olive oil)

a generous pinch truffle salt (or flaky sea salt)

For Pesto Burrata:

1 4-oz ball burrata

1–2 TBSPs pesto

For Balsamic Burrata:

1 4-oz ball burrata

1–2 TBSPs balsamic glaze

crackers & breads of choice:

multigrain or seeded crackers

grilled Italian bread

pita chips

Add ons of choice:

prosciutto

sopressata

a variety of olives

capers

cherry tomatoes

figs

pickled sweet peppers


Recipe Instructions:


Using a paper towel, pat each ball of burrata as dry as possible, then set onto
individual small plates.


Top as desired with truffle oil, pesto, reduced balsamic/balsamic glaze, or
another topping of choice.


Arrange the burrata on your favorite serving dish or cheese board.


Arrange the meats, fruits, veggies, crackers, bread, &/or nuts around the
prepared burrata.


You can place things in small dishes or jars, or arrange them right on the
cheese board itself.
