1 Cup Butter (Unsalted, Softened)
1 1/2 Cups Light Brown Sugar (Packed)
4 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream,
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
In a medium pot, over medium-low heat, bring the heavy cream, brown sugar and butter to a boil while constantly mixing.
Once boiling, remove from heat and allow to cool.
Add cooled butter and sugar mixture to a large, clean glass bowl and using an electric mixer, whisk slowly while adding the powdered sugar.
Beat until mixture is soft and fluffy, use immediately.
