Pecan & Banana Bundt Cake Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
1-1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium)
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
2 TSPs Chinese five-spice powder
1/2 TSP ground cinnamon
Confectioners' sugar

Recipe Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 10" fluted tube pan.
Prepare cake mix batter according to package directions, adding mashed bananas, pecans and spices into batter.
Transfer to prepared pan.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 43-48 minutes.
Cool in pan 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
