8 TBSP Butter (Unsalted, Cut into Chunks, Frozen)
1 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 TSP White Sugar
1/2 TSP Salt
1/4 Cup Buttermilk

Begin to pulse the flour mixture while slowly pouring in the buttermilk, continue to process until the buttermilk is fully incorporated into the dough and the mixture resembles rough breadcrumbs.
Place a sheet of plastic wrap on a work surface, place half of the dough onto the plastic wrap gather the edges of the wrap and press to form a disk that is roughly 1 inch thick, repeat again with remaining dough and place dough discs into the refrigerator for 12 hours before using as required.
