1 pound fresh baby carrots
3 TBSPs butter
3 TBSPs thawed orange juice concentrate
1/4 TSP dried thyme
1/4 TSP paprika
1/4 TSP ground cumin
1/8 TSP salt
1/8 TSP pepper
In a large skillet, saute carrots in butter for 8 minutes.
Stir in the remaining ingredients; cook 2 minutes longer.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until carrots are tender.
