1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, cut up
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/2 cup water
2 TSPs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 TSP salt
1/4 TSP pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
Transfer to a greased 2 quart casserole.
Add the next 8 ingredients.
Cover and bake until the rice is tender, about 1 hour.
Uncover and sprinkle with cheese; cook until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes longer.
