2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef
CRANBERRY SAUCE:
1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the first nine ingredients.
Crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
Shape into 1" balls.
Place meatballs on a rack in a shallow baking pan.
Bake until no longer pink, about 15 minutes.
Transfer to a 3 quart slow cooker or chafing dish.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour over meatballs.
Serve warm.
