Coconut Ice Recipe.


Ingredients:


17 1/2 Oz Powdered Sugar.

14 Oz Unsweetened Coconut Flakes.

1 TSP Vanilla Extract.

14 Oz Condensed Milk.

Red Food Coloring.


Recipe Instructions:


Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl, then mix in the coconut, vanilla extract
and condensed milk using your hands.

Divide the mixture in half.

Press one half in a plastic wrap lined 8-inch baking tin.

Add several drops of red food coloring to the other half and mix it in.

Now press the pink mixture on top of the white mixture and refrigerate the
coconut ice for 2 hours or until set.

Cut the coconut ice into squares to serve.
