4 TBSP Fish Sauce
1 Lime (Juiced)
2 Cloves of Garlic (Diced)
3 Red Chilies (Finely Diced)
1 TBSP Sugar
In a medium glass bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, lime juice and sugar until the sugar has dissolved, add in the chopped garlic and diced chili pepper, stir to combine.
Transfer dressing to a container with an air-tight lid and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to use.
Dressing will keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
