Caramel Affogato Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 Scoop Vanilla Gelato
1 TBSP Caramel Sauce
2 Oz Hot Espresso
Pinch of Brown Sugar

Recipe Instructions:

In a chilled glass coffee mug, or dessert bowl, the caramel sauce to the bottom followed by one large scoop of vanilla gelato.
Slowly pour the hot espresso over the top of the gelato.
Sprinkle with the pinch of brown sugar.
Serve immediately with a spoon.
