2 cups sugar

1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour.
3/4 cup baking cocoa

2 TSPs baking soda

1 TSP baking powder.
1 TSP salt

2 large eggs, room temperature

1 cup strong brewed coffee
.
1 cup buttermilk
.
1/2 cup canola oil.
1 TSP vanilla extract.
1 TBSP confectioners' sugar.
In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add the eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes (batter will be thin). Pour into a greased and floured 10" fluted tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
