2/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 TBSP red wine vinegar
1 TBSP stone-ground mustard
1-1/2 TSPs lemon juice
1-1/2 TSPs Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
2 anchovy fillets, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 TSP coarsely ground pepper
In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in the cheese, anchovies, garlic and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
