Grilled Steak with Sweet Potato Mash and Steamed Broccoli Recipe.

Ingredients:

2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (6-8 ounces each)
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter or olive oil
1/4 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of broccoli florets

Recipe Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Grill the steaks for approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired level of doneness.
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
While the steaks are resting, steam the broccoli florets until they are tender-crisp.
In a medium-sized pot, bring water to a boil and add the cubed sweet potatoes. Cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Drain the sweet potatoes and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
Add the butter or olive oil, milk, salt, and pepper to the sweet potatoes.
Mash the sweet potatoes until smooth and creamy.
Serve the grilled steak slices alongside the sweet potato mash and steamed broccoli.
