Berry Oatmeal with Almonds Recipe.


Ingredients:


1/2 cup of old-fashioned oats
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/2 cup of mixed berries (such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries)
1 tablespoon of chopped almonds
1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Pinch of salt


Recipe Instructions:


In a saucepan, combine the oats, almond milk, cinnamon, and salt.
Cook the oatmeal over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and reaches your desired consistency (about 5-7 minutes).
Once the oatmeal is cooked, remove it from the heat and transfer it to a bowl.
Top the oatmeal with the mixed berries and chopped almonds.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
Stir everything together gently and enjoy a warm and nutritious breakfast that fuels your brain for the day ahead.
