Berry Chia Pudding Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
1 cup of mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries)
2 tablespoons of chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)


Recipe Instructions:


In a bowl, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and maple syrup (if using).
Stir well to combine, ensuring the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
Once the mixture has thickened to a pudding-like consistency, divide it into serving jars or bowls.
Top the chia pudding with mixed berries and chopped nuts.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
