4 white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
1/2 cup of whole wheat bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups of steamed broccoli florets
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place the white fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Press the herb-crumb mixture onto the top of each fillet, covering them evenly.
Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Meanwhile, steam the broccoli florets until they are tender yet still vibrant green.
Serve the baked herb-crusted white fish alongside steamed broccoli.
