Grilled Chicken Wrap Recipe.


Ingredients:


4 ounces of grilled chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 whole-wheat tortilla
1/4 cup of hummus
1/4 cup of sliced cucumbers
1/4 cup of sliced tomatoes
1/4 cup of shredded lettuce
1 tablespoon of low-fat Greek yogurt
Fresh herbs (such as basil or cilantro) for garnish


Recipe Instructions:


Lay the whole-wheat tortilla on a clean surface.
Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla.
Place the sliced grilled chicken breast, cucumber slices, tomato slices, and shredded lettuce in the center of the tortilla.
Drizzle the low-fat Greek yogurt over the filling.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly to create a wrap.
Cut the wrap in half diagonally.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
