Blackened Fish Po'Boy Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 pound firm white fish fillets (such as redfish or catfish)
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
French bread or baguette
Lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles for dressing
Remoulade sauce for spreading


Recipe Instructions:


Rub the fish fillets with Cajun seasoning, ensuring they are well coated.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they are blackened and cooked through.
Remove the fish from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
Slice the French bread or baguette lengthwise and spread remoulade sauce on both sides. Layer the blackened fish onto the bread and dress with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
