Surf and Turf Po'Boy Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 pound beef tenderloin or ribeye steak
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
French bread or baguette
Lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles for dressing
Horseradish cream sauce for spreading

Recipe Instructions:

Season the beef tenderloin or ribeye steak with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear the steak on all sides until browned. Reduce the heat to medium and cook to the desired level of doneness. Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then thinly slice it.
In the same skillet, cook the shrimp until they are pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Slice the French bread or baguette lengthwise and spread horseradish cream sauce on both sides. Layer the sliced beef and cooked shrimp onto the bread and dress with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
Cut the po'boy into individual servings and indulge in the surf and turf combination of tender beef and succulent shrimp.
