1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Creole mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Creole mustard, ketchup, lemon juice, parsley, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika, hot sauce, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.
Transfer the remoulade sauce to a serving bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. This allows the flavors to develop.
