Pasta Carbonara Recipe.


Ingredients:


8 ounces (225g) spaghetti
4 ounces (115g) pancetta, diced
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (50g) grated Pecorino Romano cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish


Recipe Instructions:


Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, Pecorino Romano cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the pancetta and toss to combine.
Pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti and toss quickly to coat the pasta evenly. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
