1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 TBSP Butter (Unsalted, Melted)
2 TBSP All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Boil or steam cauliflower until just cooked.
Drain.
Whisk together, melted butter, milk and flour.
In a pan over medium heat, heat milk mixture stirring until sauce thickens.
Remove sauce from heat and set aside.
Place cauliflower in a rectangular shallow oven-proof dish and evenly pour the sauce over.
Sprinkle mixed cheeses over top.
Place in the preheated oven and bake until cheese is browned and cauliflower is heated through.
